On November 10, 2021, the Indian Wells City Council approved a partnership with Desert Recreation District (DRD) for the development of a proposed Park on vacant lots at the corner of Fairway and Eldorado. This will be a passive park for walking and enjoying the green space.
Fairway Park is located on a half-acre of land on the corner of Fairway Drive and Eldorado Drive. The city is aiming to complete the project by the end of 2023. Fairway Park in Indian Wells will be the first public park.
